Cultivar Origin:

Monstera deliciosa comes from the Araceae family. Of course this type of Monstera ornamental plant looks so unique because the leaves it has consist of irregular white mottled and green colors, even in each leaf it is not the same. The color pattern possessed by this plant is due to a mutation in the plant, thus emerging new varieties that are considered rare plants.

Growth Habit:

Given the right conditions and support, Monstera deliciosa are long-lived plants that can grow 10 to 15 feet tall indoors and stretch 8 feet wide, with leaves that measure 18 inches across or more. Variegated monstera grow much slower and rarely achieve that size indoors.
